The previous post explains that one activity in GCompris enables children to make posters. However, this post will explain how kindergarteners can use GCompris to create animations. The process consists of preparing the background, choosing the animation elements, and creating movement of each element frame-by-frame.
In doing the process, kindergarteners must be able to follow instructions, control the mouse, sequence the elements’ movements, and create the movements. For kindergarteners, it’s not easy to multitask at one time. Hence, with tenacious effort, they can pull off animation.
